Worship Auditions

Heartland Worship is accepting all auditions via video submissions. Please make sure you have already attended our church membership class called Heart & Soul before submitting a video. We want you to be as excited about serving at Heartland Church as we are!

We will review your videos and email you with feedback on your audition and details on moving forward in the audition process. Play multiple instruments and want to audition with them all? Please submit separate videos for each, including vocalists who also play instruments.

Please submit videos based on the choices listed under your specific instrument or voice. Audition resources include MP3s of each song, chord and lyric sheets, and a tutorial video to help identify and prepare your specific parts. Using these tools, play or sing each section to the best of your ability! Struggling with the process? Just send an email to mike@heartchurch.org for help with all aspects of your audition.

VOCALISTS: Please submit one video singing LEAD and one video singing HARMONY. You will have two songs to choose from in either category. Use the accompaniment version (no lead vocals) for your LEAD choice and the original version (with lead vocals) for your HARMONY choice. While recording, please make sure that we clearly hear your voice.

INSTRUMENTALISTS: Please submit two videos for each instrument that you will audition. Please have the original recording audible in your videos, but your instrument must be prominent.
